Choose your design

There are two paths you can take when considering the design for your BuildWright home. You can tailor one of our stunning pre-designed homes, or design your own home using an architect and working to our design parameters.

Get planning approval

Now that you’re happy with the design, it’s time to seek planning approval.

Get mortgage approval

If you require a mortgage to finance your new home, you will need proof of planning permission, confirmation of costs and the value of the home. Talk to our friendly sales team for guidance on the mortgage process.

Book your slot

With finance and planning now in place, it’s time to confirm your order and secure your production slot.

Approval to Manufacture (ATM)
Depending on the size of your project, the ATM process will normally take place over the course of four weeks.
Starting the build

Now for the fun part, depending on the size of your project, the manufacturing process can take as little as 8 weeks to complete.

Installation & commissioning

With the modules now in place, it’s time to lift the units and install the junction details both inside and out.

Settle into your new life

Your new home is ready, hurray! After completing the installation, our Project Manager will visit your home to complete a snag list for any minor details that need fixing.
